What does the treatment feel like?

Treatment feels warm with tiny prickling sensations. For CoolPeel, topical numbing is often not needed. For deeper treatments, numbing cream is applied 30–45 minutes beforehand. During the procedure you may feel warmth and a snapping or sandpaper-like sensation. The treatment is quick — typically 5–20 minutes depending on the area. Afterward, your skin may feel like a mild sunburn for a few hours.

What is recovery like?

Recovery depends on the intensity of the treatment. With a lighter treatment like CoolPeel, redness typically lasts a few days — similar to a sunburn. Deeper resurfacing may involve swelling, peeling, and redness for 7–10 days. Most patients notice smoother skin within a week, with continued improvement over several months as collagen builds.

How many sessions are needed?

It depends on your goals. For lighter resurfacing like CoolPeel, 1–5 sessions spaced about 4–6 weeks apart is typical. For deeper resurfacing with TetraPRO, often just one treatment can produce noticeable results. How long do results last?
